Returns and Exchanges

We’ll be happy to issue an online store credit (21 days) or a return (14 days) for unworn and undamaged pieces. Read our policy below. All returns or requests for online store credit must be submitted via email to info@meetthejewelers.com and approved prior to shipment

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your order delivery date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied back to the original form of payment. The package must be postmarked within 14 days of the order delivery date. Online store credit may be offered within 21 days of your order delivery date and you will be issued an online store credit for the cost of your item(s).

If your email request to return your items is approved, please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with your items when you mail them back in original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your exchange/return is approved, processed, and received we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. Banking institutions may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. 

Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of order date of all US orders. Returns must be postmarked for online store credit within 21 days of order date of all US orders. Merchandise must be unworn and free of any damage.

Returns must have original packaging, including jewelry bags. Any purchases made using a discount code at checkout are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged. Items sent back worn, damaged or sent without approval will be rejected and returned to sender. We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we are not responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. 

U.S. Shipping

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
